The green one produced from broccoli sprouts contains the same amount of sulforaphane as found in 418g of raw broccoli. This compound is part of the reason we get told to eat “5-a-day”. It dampens inflammation and oxidative stress. This keeps us looking/feeling young.

The large white capsules contain NMN and Trans-Resveratrol. Resveratrol is famous for being the molecule in red wine which makes mediterranean diets so healthy and beneficial for staying young and healthy. They do this by activating the sirtuin pathway. The sirtuin pathway also requires high levels of NAD to be effective but NAD levels decline with age. NMN has been shown to raise NAD levels. I reccommend reading “lifespan” by David Sinclair the harvard protessor which discovered this pathway.

Sulforaphane is the green supplement. It is equivalent to 418g of raw broccoli. This activates liver enzymes that remove the toxic aldehydes produced when drinking alcohol.
Depending on dose this can double the rate of the removal of these toxins from your blood, theoretically halving hangovers - I’ve felt this effect. On top of that this is one of the reasons eating “5 fruit and veg a day” is so healthy (been doing that every day?) - it cuts inflammation (therefore reducing aging as well as the risk of developing heart disease/cancer/dementia ).

This is the small, flat white tablet. Most people have low vitamin D levels due to our reduced exposure to sunlight in the northern hemisphere, wearing clothing that covers most of our skin and changes in spending most of our time indoors. By correcting this deficiency, we can improve immunity.
Vitamin K should be taken with D as VItamin D influences calcium metabolism. These flat white tablets contain 1000mg magnesium bisglycinate providing 200mg of elemental magnesium (Mg).
